Announcing the new Lincoln County 4-H Endowment!

Lincoln County 4-H Leaders Council Officers

The Minnesota 4-H Foundation is excited to announce the creation of a new 4-H endowment for Lincoln County. The Lincoln County 4-H Leader’s Council, which consists of both youth and adult leaders from the eight local 4-H clubs, made the Lincoln County 4-H Endowment a reality.

As part of the 4-H Leaders Council, Lincoln County youth will have opportunities to make decisions in partnership with adults about how funds generated through this new endowment will be used to benefit young people in their community. The Leaders Council hopes to use these the earnings from this endowment to support and strengthen ongoing programs, provide start-up dollars for innovative new programs, support local 4-H members’ learning through self-selected projects, and to increase the visibility and public support for 4-H throughout Lincoln County.

Contributions from interested individuals, organizations, corporations or foundations may be added to the Lincoln County 4-H Endowment at any time, furthering the long-range objective of the endowment.

If you would like to make a contribution to the Lincoln County 4-H Endowment, please contact Erin Kelly-Collins, county development liaison, at 612-624-7667 or erinkc@umn.edu.
